Triple Negative Breast Cancer Month
Celebrating Warriors, Survivors, and Thrivers
The Hemp Village, powered by The Doing Far More Foundation, recently hosted its inaugural Brunch—a beautiful milestone in our journey of spreading hope and resilience. Held at Eyeconic Studios, the event brought together Houston’s leaders and change-makers to honor life, community, and triumph.
One of the most moving moments was the Ring My Bell Ceremony, where our founder, Mrs. Donna Marshall-Payne, celebrated her one-year cancer-free milestone alongside her 55th birthday. Surrounded by family and friends, Donna—herself a triple-negative breast cancer survivor—shared her story of strength, reminding us all of the power of perseverance and community.
This inaugural brunch is more than a single event—it marks the beginning of a movement to reimagine how families honor life, legacy, and healing. Guided by Donna’s vision, The Doing Far More Foundation is committed to empowering others, amplifying stories of triumph, and building communities rooted in hope.
The success of this gathering sets the stage for many more meaningful moments to come, solidifying our place in Houston’s philanthropic landscape and deepening our dedication to making a lasting impact for those affected by cancer and beyond.
